The club heads/shafts/grips appear to be of decent quality, and should provide a consistent base to learn. The grips are not too skinny or hard, and will provide good feel, without having to hold too firmly.

In the case of these clubs, most of the grips were out of alignment, so that if you lined up based on the grip, the face is either a little open or a little closed. Texan Classics Junior Golf Club Set w/Stand Bag Ages 4-8: The quality of the clubs are so good and the bag is just what we expected.

These clubs are fantastic. They say they're for age 4-8 but we'd say 5-8 as they are a little big for my 4.5 year old who is in the 95% percentile for height. The clubs are made of graphite and the driver is titanium so they are really light. It was an excellent driver to mess around on the driving range.

Needless to say, very good quality, the bag is very nice thats included, and all for 50 bucks. Note that the bag has a double stand, very handy, and back pack padded straps too. Such a deal. The driver has a cover and so does the bag (with snaps and zipper) 5 clubs in all (3 driver, putter, 5,7,9).

You can easily spend over 100 bucks for other name clubs but these clubs do the job. If you are looking to buy clubs for your kid who is just beginning, don't think twice.
